• For sellers that order a pre listing inspection they will get an up to 50% off certificate towards their new home inspection to a maximum discount of $250. Must be booked through a participating and listed member of the Inspectors Associates agent reward program. 
• 20% off the second inspection for the same client should their deal fall through on the first inspection. Good for 12 months from the date of the first inspection. Must be a client of a participating and listed member of the Inspectors Associates agent reward program. 
• No charge (for life) industry telephone consultation and email responses for all of your clients questions.
