$225 Inspection Menu

Choose any one of the inspections from this menu and only pay one fee of $225 per inspection. (not subject to any further discounts or coupons).  This inspection will consist of up to 1 hour on site and a check off sheet identifying your issues.  It will be followed up with a short summary of our findings sent to you via email.  This is perfect for those of you that have limited issues or a specific problem.  Additional time on site should you request it will be billed at $125.00 per hour. 

The following inspections will apply for our $225 special. (All of these inspection are based on a one hour site inspection)

1. Deck Safety: If you own a deck, then you should make it a point to have it inspected.  We have found that most decks are not safe. When a deck fails it takes but 3 seconds and can cause catastrophic results.

2. Exterior: We can inspect the exterior of your home and advise of water issues, wood rot, poor drainage and repairs needed immediately that could save you hundreds of dollars down the road.

3. Pre remodel consultation: If you are thinking of remodeling then call us first to discuss the job, the structural implications and get an idea of what you can do before you contract for the work.   

4. Water leaks:  Water is your greatest enemy and when it penetrates the exterior of the house it can cause many dollars in damage including frustrations and loss of time.  If you have a water issue, give us a call and let us help you better understand the source and what you can do to stop the leak.

5. Foundation:  Foundation issues can be dealt with and many times very easily.  If you suspect there is a foundation problem give us a call.  If you just need peace of mind, then call us for an appointment.

6. Crawl Space:  Most people never enter their crawl spaces.  Avoid surprises and let us visit your crawl space and report on mold issues, water intrusion, rodent infestation, insulation problems and structural problems. 

7. Settlement: Is your house settling and causing you concerns.  Let us look at the big picture and advise you as to the direction you need to go in to correct settlement.  In many instances it may be minor and typical settlement which will not be a concern.

A $225 inspection does not replace a full blown house inspection that covers over 2000 points.  $225 inspections are very specific inspections dealing with only one specific category.  We will spend one hour on site or more if you require us to do so.  We will provide you with a verbal as well as a check off list of our findings.  We encourage you to participate in this inspection. All fees are payable at the time of the inspection.
